Everyone in the group chose a time they can make every week.

Why classes start this way

Settled groups

Dogs learn better with the same faces each week and a small, steady group.

Better progress

When nobody is catching up, the whole class moves forward together.

How it works

01 · Choose your times.

Pick a class and tick every day and time you could make each week.

02 · Join the queue.

Pay a small deposit (usually £10). It comes off the course price, and your place in the queue is set by when you paid.

03 · We set a start date.

When enough dogs are waiting for the same time, we confirm a start date. We aim to give at least three weeks' notice.

04 · Book your place.

You're invited by email and in the app. Your place is held for 48 hours: pay the rest of the course fee to book.

When a class fills, the next group forms automatically from the people still waiting.

Your deposit is protected

  • Withdraw before you're invited and it's refunded in full.

  • If no class is offered within six months, it's refunded automatically.

  • You never lose it if we cancel the class, if you're offered a time you didn't choose, or within 14 days of paying.

  • It may only be kept if you're offered a time you chose and then don't book.

Questions

  • Do I need an account? You can see class times and prices without one. You only create a free account when you join a waitlist.

  • What if none of the times suit me? Tick every time you could make. If none work, register interest and tell us what would.

  • How long will I wait? It depends on how many dogs choose the same time. If no class is offered within six months, your deposit is refunded automatically.

  • Can I bring two dogs? Ask us first on 07725 672320 or trainers@dogsmarttrainingbehaviour.co.uk, so we can keep the group size right.
